Soft top and brush guard

I'm looking to get a soft top and a brush guard for my 2000 TJ Sport. Is there such thing as a brush guard I can get where I don't have to replace my stock bumper? My KC's are mounted on there and I really don't wanna mess around with redoing everything. Anyone have info on that, or does anyone have that or a soft top they're looking to sell?

Heres what I ended up with. Its an olympic brush guard from quadratec. Only drawback is you cant mount a winch with it on.
