Soft top installation

I just recently purchased a 2006 Rubicon. It came with the full metal doors and hard top already installed. It also came with the half doors, upper part of the doors and the factory soft top. I was planning on taking the hard top off tomorrow and installing the half doors and soft top on. As I am researching how to install the soft top, I noticed there are some parts I wasn't given. The door surrounds, mucket seals, top bow brackets and any knobs. I think I am also missing part of the retainer bar set up as I just have the one main big piece. I am missing the two smaller pieces. Is it possible that any of these are installed underneath the hard top? How easy is it to get any of these parts around town, besides at a dealer, if not installed?

Here are the parts I was given: The half metal doors with upper half doors, all window pieces, the main soft top with the bows and the main retainer bar.

Thanks for the help on this!

I believe you're going to need a few more parts. Definitely the door surrounds and from the sounds of it the rear window retainer bar. Might need a few other odds and ends.

If I leave the full metal doors on can I skip having to buy the door surrounds for now? They are expensive. Sheesh.

Nope you'll need them with the full metal doors too. They hold the front of your side windows. Check craigslist or eBay for the door surrounds. You can find them cheaper.
