Soft top issue

I went to put my soft top up on my '06 TJ that I've had about two weeks. I've never had a problem before put this time I just couldn't get the driver's side the line up in the front. I'd like to get this fixed ASAP but I'm not finding a bend or anything in the frame. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here are some pictures:

Pictures not showing up. From what you discribe, are the fabric srtaps that connect the bows twisted?

The strap on the drivers side hasn't been attached on the front since I bought it and the one on the passengers side isn't twisted.

Try releasing both windshield clips but keep them in the slot. Make sure the top is centered left to right on the windshield then try to lock them down. Make sure there is nothing under the lip over the windshield like a fold in the seal or fabric.

You might also try releasing the back part of the top that attaches to the tub before latching the windshield. Then alipping the fabric into place.
