Soft Top Options

Hey! So I have a 2001 TJ. It came with a hard top. I'm looking to get a soft top, but I honestly have no idea where to start looking. I'm a girl, so I really want something that I can take off without having to get my husband to help me. So do you guys have any suggestions? Brands? Frameless? What's going to be the easiest for me? I know it's going to cost me, but I also don't want to spend an outrageous amount. Thanks in advanced for the help!

About a year ago I bought a Rugged Ridge bowless. The cost was $340 plus $20 for the header bar. Well built and a very tight fit. No flapping at speed like the framed top I had before.

I have a Sahara Unlimited 4 dr. with a hard top. I want to replace it with a soft top, but I am looking for one that is EASY and QUICK to open... I used to own a 1982 Jeep Scrambler, and it had a jiffy bikini top, I loved it.

I have a 2000 model I put a BesTop replace a top on last year and a 99 model I put a Quadratec premium sailcloth top on last week. I highly recommend the premium top from Quadratec. It is made from a heavier material that is quieter and the windows are of a much heavier material that is remarkably smooth. Not really a fair comparison. For $399 delivered the Quadratec would be my chioce.

The frameless tops don't fold back all the way like a factory soft top does. If you're ok with that, then the Bestop Trektop NX may be the way to go. If you want a factory style soft top, the Bestop Supertop has everything you need.

I really like Bestop for the quality. If you're going to run the soft top all summer and it's going to be up and down a lot, you'll want something quality that will hold up.

Let me know if you have any questions or would like a quote!

Softopper...with a little practice, it can go completely on and off in less than 10 minutes, and you have the option to use it as a safari type top.

This one comes with all the hardware necessary.

This one uses the factory, or stock type door surrounds.
