Attach the header but do not lock down. Slide in panels then tighten down the header latches.

Ya took me a while to figure that part out too.

I have trouble getting the 2 panels on each side over the door to go on and off. Is their any trick to that or what. I feel like i'm gonna brake something, and it takes me forever to get it out. I must be doing something wrong.

To get them out, just hook a finger through the end opening and pull down. To put them in grab with two hands and twist out, down then in.
