I heard windex is not good on them, dries them out.

I use stuff by meguiars "PlastX"

x2

Windex will fog em up over time. Just wash them with mild soap and water and towel dry. PlastX will buff out the scratches as long as they are not too deep.

Never tried them. I have heard you can use furniture polish to detail them, also. But I never tried that either.

Lemon Pledge works like a champ. Cleans 'em and fills the small scratches. It will actually make a dirty mildly scratched window look almost new. I use it all the time.

brasso might work but dont let it dry on the canvas.. It leaves bad stains. I used to use it to polish stuff on military uniforms.. before i discovered sta-brite
