Soft tops in car washes

My baby has a soft top and half doors. I wanted to know if I could put it in the car wash without damaging the softness.

I took mine through the car wash (soft top with full doors) and never had an issue. I prefer the DIY car wash bays though because it allows me to power was the frame.

You'll be fine. Just be careful with the power nozzle on the DIY washes. I got a little too close to my windows and managed to leave a little "dent" in the plastic. I just left it too long in one place

I was worried the soap in the car wash would damage the plastic windows.

I won't take mine in an automatic car wash, because of the forceful side spray against where the door uppers meet the soft top....don't like water inside.

I've gone in the touch less wash a few times with my soft top with no issues. A little water will spray in around the door surrounds but its fine. Do Not go in the tunnel style that has brushes and stuff. They could snag on the top

I do it. I usually skip the power dry because they can be a little intense on the top.
