Softopper model TJ01 or TJO2?

The difference is between using the factory surrounds vs using Softopper's ones... is there any difference as far as fitment or better sealing?

Leaning towards Softopper for my '99 but still looking at Rampage and Bestop as options...

I am going with the Softtopper once I have money saved and other things finalized.

Their door surrounds are supposed to be pretty good, however, I hear the top fits slightly better/tighter with factory door surrounds.

Bestop is just too expensive for me, and Rampage seems to be having issues lately...

If you have the factory door surrounds, get the TJ02. If you need door surrounds then get the TJ01.

I had door surrounds an am happy with the Softopper.

Thanks guys... I've got factory surrounds for my full steel doors but was just wondering if the Softopper surrounds offered any benefit... other than making my wallet lighter?

I can't speak to how the Softopper door surrounds fit, or work, but I do like the fit and finish of the TJ02, plus it's a little cheaper than the TJ01.

I think I paid around $550 for mine, with the tinted windows.
