Hey everyone. As you can see i'm new here and i gots a few questions. I'm thinking about lifting my 99 sport. Im only 17, so money is a bit of a concern, but what ive been thinking about is doing a 2" body lift now, and then in a few months, like summertime, putting on a suspension like 4". i have 31s on her now, and i would wait till after the suspension lift to get some big ones. what do you think?
Well any BL over an inch or so is usually not a good idea. Me personally, I have a JKS 1.25 BL with a 1" MML. And just for the ease of working on components under your rig I think it's worth it. I recently had to replace my clutch and believe me those two reverse torque bolts at the 11 and 1 O'Clock position on the clutch housing were a lot easier to get to. But if your not going to go big on the tires I do agree, save up for a good SL.

get the 4 in suspension lift and then throw in a 1 in. BL, (this is my plan).
Or just go right for a 5 or 6 in suspension.
