spacers or body lift with 2.5 suspension lift

Hey guys I know there's lift advice everywhere but I've been looking and looking and can't find my answer. I have a 97 4.0 auto with the rough country 2.5 inch lift springs and shocks. I have the tcase dropped and rc steering stabilizer. I want to add .75-1.25 inches more of lift. Just looking for advice to use a spacer or body lift and what size would work best for 33's and what other parts would be involved (discos, track bars, etc). I only do mild flexing mainly woods trails and some simple pits. Just trying to find a happy medium between getting some more lift and not buying way more than I need to for 33's. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Get the 1.25" bl. Matching lift coils with spacers causes coil bind and can damage them. And while you're in there, get a 1" mml and take the t-case drop out.

I don't think spacers work with an already existing spring lift.

So if ur only choice is spacer or BL then I guess I would go with a BL

Of course if u save up sum more $ then just replace what u got with a full 3" or 4" susp lift to fit 33s. Or do what some guys do and go with tube fenders. Then u can keep what I've got and fit 33s.

Take this info for what u want, I'm no expert.

Thanks for the fast replies. PStov98TJ if I did that set up I won't need any other parts right? Just don't want to start it without everything I need. And jcoon10 the bigger lift will come eventually lol. I think I might trim up the fender flares a little too how ive seen some people do.

Yeah the bl and mml should come with everything you need as far as I know. As long as you stay at 1.25" of bl or less you don't need anything else to go with it. If you don't do the mml as well you'll have to modify the fan shroud but if you do both it'll all clear just fine.
