Spare tire cover

Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. Ok, so the wife wants to get a tire cover for the jeep. She found this web site www.tirecovercentral.com and it has some really cool covers. My Qs are, 1) does anyone have 1 of these and how is the quality as far as workmanship and fading are concerned, and 2) because these are kinda pricy, can u lock them on somehow? Thanks.

They come with security grommets. Course, not sure that will stop a determined thief. I am still using the factory cover
