Spare Tire Size

I was just wondering.
What tire sizes can the stock TJ spare carrier hold?
I was looking at putting 32's on and was wondering if that size would be OK to put on the stock bracket. I know if I did I would have to move up my third brake light. and a couple of other small mods too. But that's an easy fix. Just worried if it can take the extra weight? I also do not want to remove the rack. I am planning on putting gas cans on both sides and a hi lift.

Yes the stock carrier can hold the weight. The important thing is that it is tight against the rubber snubbers on the gate and tub. Depending on the backspacing, you will have to cut or space the snummers out. I've had a 33 for over 4 years on mine. I moved out the snubbers with hockey pucks. You should not have to do anything with the light. You could see it over my 33
