spare tire swings with gate

Hey guys I need some help, I want to build my own rear bumper and I want to mount the spare on a swing away carrier, I see alot of them now swing with the gate. Does anyone have some pic.s on how it attaches to the gate? I have looked but haven't found any that show that. I believe that is the way I want to go from what I read most people like them. Thanks in advance.

Yes a good example of this is the bestop highrock tire carrier.

Here are some videos of how it works, just on a jk. But both the jk and tj one work the same just different sizes

Just to clarify; If it swings with the gate, it will not be attached to or have anything to do with the bumper.

Check the link a couple posts up.

I have been considering one of this style because my buddy has had one for several years with no problems whatsoever. Not sure what brand tho...

Thanks guys that helps a lot, definitely like it swinging with the gate, and I will also use the bumper to mount it to.
