Speaker Upgrade

Wanting to upgrade the speakers in the Jeep from the factory ones. Any recommendations? Wife listens to rap I list to everything from jazz, rock, country, bluegrass, big band etc. just wanting greAt sound with no distortion when turned up.

All I can say is when you decide on a speaker change all the wiring from the headunit to the speaker. The stock is like electrical wire and when I changed to real speaker wire there was alot less distortion at high volume

this is what mine evolved into.. its been almost a year and im still very happy with the results

Amp Placement

it will hurt you before it distorts, and gets loud enough to overpower the highway without a top or doors.
