Spec sheet on 02 sport

I'm looking for a stock spec sheet for the equipment that comes standard on a 4.0 sport 02. I found one thats got all thr data (engine spec, dispacement, wheelbase, approach, etc...). Maybe i just need an all up parts list?

Thoughts?

Take the VIN to a dealer and they'll give you a printout of the original build sheet. It'll tell you everything, gearing etc. And pick up a factory service manual off ebay, everything you need to know about your jeep.

No, they don't charge. If you request the FSM for your year here on the forum someone will send you one (pdf). I prefer the printed one. I got one off ebay for my '99 for about $25. Look on ebay, they have a lot of used ones because of the dealers closing the last few years.

if you got lockers there will be switches on the dash.
get down on the ground to see what kind of diffs you have.
other than that theres no difference to any other Sports. the engines are the same.
being a Jeep owner you should be able to recognize all these. and they are the things you really need to worry about. lockers and diff. if its got after market stuff and mods, you need to post pics so we can tell.

Right here on the TJ forum. Title your thread "FSM request '02". Member Atthehop has all years, he'll send you one. Other guys have em as well. It's done all the time here but technically isn't legal, it's copyrighted Chrysler material. So I'm not personally encouraging it . Like I said, I'm old school and prefer the printed one. It' about 3 inches thick and full of great stuff. One of the best ways to learn about your jeep.
