Speedo gear/calculations for ratio change

I would like to know how to calculate the correct speedo gear. I have 98 TJ 3 sp/auto. 3.07 gears-swapping to 4.11 gears, with 31" tires. I'm sure someone can just give me the answer-but if I change tire size later, I would like to be able to figure out my self.

I appreciate the replies. Although one speedo gear chart says 37tooth, and the other 38 tooth. Maybe not that big a deal-but I would rather it READ a little bit faster than slower ( may prevent speeding ticket ?).

37 would read the most accurately.
