Speedometer Problem

Every time I go over some pot holes in the road or the smallest bump my speedometer stops working and I have to hit the top of the dash to kick it back on. Not sure what this is all about but it's getting really annoying any suggestions would be great thanks

Try this. Should take 10-15 minutes start to finish if you've never removed your gauge cluster. 5-10 minutes max if you are familiar with removing it. Easiest fix that I can imagine for a Jeep. I had the same problem and this fixed it.

I just did this yesterday. It was very easy and so far so good! all gauges seem to be working.
