Sport bar problems

In a previous life, my 1999 TJ was rolled. The windshield and the sport bars attached to the windshield were destroyed. The windshield was replaced, but the sport bars attached to it were not. The sport bar that goes from the right side to the left side and attached to the sport bars that were attached to the windshield was slightly bent so that just replacing the windshield attached sport bars is not an option. The right side to left side sport bar will either have to be replaced or can a good body shop bend the right to left side sport bar back into position? I would like to keep the original sport bar set up so that the soft top will fit correctly. Any suggestions or solutions? Thanks for any help.

Mike

It's a common rule of : if it rolls it should get a new cage. That's for factory cages anyways.

Don't chance it man. It bent up the last time it rolled. How'd it hold up? Take this oppurtunity to put a real cage in their with frame tie ins theirs plenty that fit with tops

^^ X3 the integrity of the roll bar will be more compromised if they "bend it back"

Thanks for the advice. Any recommendations on cages that will fit with factory soft tops? Thanks again for the advice.

Do some research.

Personally I would contact poison spyder customs. They have a variety of cages I'm sure one would fit your needs
