I just bought a 2004 wrangler sport. It has a 4" lift and 33 12.50 tires. Im sure the rear diff is fried. It pops and snaps on slow turns and pulling slow. What kind of diff should I put in it it has a dana 44. Im not hardcore but want something that works when I want it. Also would rather not mortgage the house.
Also what kind of oil should I use in the 5 speed and new process 231 transfer.

Make sure you don't have a lunch box locker In it. That's what it sounds like.
