Spring rates/shocks

Can anyone help lead me in the right direction. I want shocks and coils that are will ride very well on road. i know the coil rates matter. I am going with OME shocks and want to know good coils to help those shocks ride well. Im having a hard time finding a website for OME or other springs. A link would be great. thanks everyone!!!

Savvy Offroad changed the spring rate on the currie coil springs and the revalved the fox shocks to match for a tj. I have the set up and it's very nice.

Check out lupinsea's posts on the other Jeep forum. I think he still has a website with the details, and if you search for it, you might be able to find it. He did research on the spring rates and installed Rough Country progressive springs to go with the OME shocks. There are two members on this forum who have done the same thing.

use google to search for a thread called FAQ: Coil measurements on JeepForum. it has a list of several spring rates, including OME & other manufacturers
