Squealing noise

I have a 2002 manual tj 4.0 and lately it's been squealing when driving. I don't think it is anything with the clutch cause the noise persist the same while switching gears and depressing the clutch. Could this be something as simple and a bad/dirty belt? Or worse?

It's probably just your serpentine belt that you hear

negative found my problem looked at it after i got off. Somehow the bolt on my brake caliper backed out and fell off and was causing the pad to make contact with the rotor causing the noise. Thanks anyways
