my father had the same problem on an 89 LeBarron, and I've seen it several times in various Mopar products. It is definitely a problem with the serpentine belt. the gears aren't spaced perfectly to accommodate the belt. It fits a bit too snug, and the only thing the dealer told my father was to use belt dressing on it occasionally. THey said that there was nothing that they could do. My father cheeped out and just held a bar of soap against the belt while it was moving, and that seemed to work as well as the belt dressing. Good luck.
