I got mine on about a week ago. Havent driven the jeep much since then, but I like it so far. Seems pretty sturdy. The tire carrier sits close (approx. 1/4 inch) to the tail gate of the jeep, however the bumper does hang pretty low. I would say 2" lower than stock. It would help protect the gas tank as it does hang low. Directions are a bit vague / generic, but just looking at it its pretty self explanitory. Drilling is not required but I would recommend it if you ever plan on using the hitch/recovery point. Either way a lift is in the works for me sometime soon.
Came well packaged from 4wheelparts.
