Start Rolling sound

Hey guys, I am getting a new sound. Everytime I start moving from a stop I get a single pound sound. It sounds like some thing is loose and then catches. I checked my drive shafts and u joints all are tight and seem perfect (just changed my u joints not 2 months ago) Any ideas?
