So my startup has been getting worse when it's cold outside.
I cleaned my battery terminals, didn't help. Replaced all spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor, a little better, but didn't fix it.
What's next?

Btw, I was just in the middle of a police chase with my Jeep XD
Helicopter and everything.

Well it started at my friends, we were standing outside looking at the Christmas lights on her house, and we saw (what we thought was a plane) fly overhead with red and green flashing lights, and we talked about how it was a coincidence cuz of the Christmas lights and stuff. So I was just chillin, listening to dubstep in my Jeep on the highway going about 70 (65 speed limit), and I see some sirens coming up behind me so everyone starts getting over, but I couldn't get over cuz there was a car right beside me and everyone getting over made a lineup of cars, so this niceee street bike comes up right behind me and there were a bunch of police cars and a helicopter (the Christmas plane) straight above us, so it's me and this street bike in the spotlight of the helicopter and I'm speeding trying to find a spot to nudge into, but my little jeep is capable of climbing a mountain, but couldn't beat a snail in a race. I finally found a spot and got over and they flew by. I got home and twenty minutes later, I still hear the helicopter flying by overhead.
He was going like 200 at some points.
It's the excitement of the year for out little Northern California hick town.
