Stiffer Springs?

My sister recently got a TJ (4 cyl, hardtop, 31's, not lifted) and asked me if there is a way to make it have a more firm ride? My first thought are beefier coils but does the aftermarket even make non-lift, heavy duty coils? (I can't seem to find any) The second thought is nitrogen shocks. Any advice? other than tell her to buy a YJ instead?

Pro Comp's shocks are pretty stiff. That would be an inexpensive route to harden up the ride.

Get some rubicon springs, look for aftermarket coils , or some stiff shocks.
