Stock Lift Question...Am I lifted?

I recently bought an 06 TJ SE it had 215/75r15's so I got 16" Soft 8 wheels and 245/75r16 tires which are basically 31's correct? I have noticed more wheel well gap than some of the other TJ's I have seen with 31's. I am not 100% but when I bought this I can kinda tell someone has modded it before. Maybe my eyes are playin tricks but this is my first Jeep so don't be hatin. I got 4" clearance from the bottom of the fender flare to the top of my tire.

Do you have some pics?

245/75R16 is between 30s and 31s.

I have a stock tj with the 245/75/16's. Mine is not far off from what yours is. Is does not sound like you have a lift.

If you look at the back of your jeep... Do you see from the bottom of the body to the rear bumper there are two stick like things in between? If so you have a body lift..

An 06 SE may seem higher than some older models due to the springs haven't had much time to start to sag yet.

Pics.
