Stock Springs - 13 yrs old - how much settling?

Hey Guys,
I recently picked up my first Jeep. Suspension has been well cared for and very little off roading outside of dirt roads has been done with the jeep. It has had some replacable parts done along the way but they are just aftermarket stock sized/height parts.

It has the original springs from the factory and they are 13 years old. The jeep has 130k miles on it. 4.0L/ Auto.

QUESTIONS:
How much do you think the springs have sagged due to age/use?
If I were to replace them with MOOG Constant Rate Springs would I see a difference? 1/2"? Nothing?

How much different do you think the ride would feel?

*I know that many of you will suggest taller springs/ lift kit/ etc but I'm on the highway a lot and want to keep it this height for now. Also I get MOOG parts for personal use at a deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep discount so it would not cost me much at all.

Sounds like you answered your own question...
Your stock springs have probably sagged maybe half an inch... I have 240k miles on my jeep and that's about what they had sagged.
