Strange 8.8 question

Ok..... Just put a ford 8.8 with 4.56 and Detroit locker in the rear of my 97 Sahara....

After this the steering wheel needs to point to about 1:30-2:00 to go straight. It was at 11:00 before the install.. I have no clue how a rear end install did this....

Any ideas???

Only thing I can think of is the 8.8 I believe is 3/4" higher, maybe a little more, and that threw the front track bar off and pulled it over a bit causing the steering to be off, due to the change in the height. I don't remember if mine did that or not when I put my 8.8 in.

HP D30, Ford 8.8, 4.88s, 4" RC Long Arm, 1" BL, 35" Toyo MT's.
