Strobe Lights?

Im measuring my turn signal and rear lights and I need a 1 in. hole for strobe lights. They seem to measure big enough. Has anyone ever done in light strobe lights? Any Advice?

Yep. Barrie in Maine has strobes in his headlights and on the back too. He has round LED tails in the tub and flush back up lights in the rear bumper. The back up lights flash and the strobes he put in the headlights flash. He has upgraded his headlights though. (Not sealed beam like mine.) I'll make him aware of this thread and he can probably help you out.

The first two pictures are of the metal divider inside the rear light I drilled two holes so one strobe would be in the red portion of the light and one in the white lens of the reverse light. I then drilled a hole in the back side of the light to line up with a factory cut hole in the tub. I then ran all wires to driver’s rear and up though the grommet to a weatherproof four head strobe controller right above the hole which is in the third picture. I have a separate strobe controller for the front turn signal lights that’s also waterproof with clear lenses so the strobes would be much brighter.

I put my strobes in my headlights and as AS said I put my rear ones in my backup lights that are mounted flush in the back bumper. Sorry I can't be of more help. It was easy enough to do.

The strobe lights in my jeep serve absolutely no purpose whatsoever…… but they look cool.

(I already had the equipment sitting around and I was bored one day)
