Suggestion for a Soft Top

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with where to get a new soft top online, and also which ones are the best. I have been told that BesTop is among the best. I have almost decided on getting the BesTop sunrider...

Bestop 51699-37 - Bestop® Sunrider Soft Top for 97-02 Jeep® Wrangler - Quadratec

But I would like any suggestion any one has to offer. Thanks

If you have the sunrider hardware that would be a great choice. Check some other places, you might find a better price than Quadratec, I hear they are kind of high. Bestop makes the OEM tops, so you can't go wrong with them. If you don't currently have a sunrider, then you will need to upgrade hardware too. Other wise a replace a top would be fine if you are replacing a factory soft top.

I bought my '04 from a dealer with a hard top but they promised to also throw in a soft top to sweeten the deal. I recieved a new Best Top a few days later shipped from JC Whitney. It is super nice! easy on, easy off with nice durable zippers and no leaks whatsoever. Looks really sharp too. No sagging or flapping in the wind when going down the interstate. Get you one.

I am going from a hardtop to a soft top for the first time. Trying to decide on one before the Texas heat gets here. So I don't have any hardware and am having to start from scratch.

Mine came with all the hardware needed and the instructions were easy to follow. I use my hard top in winter and soft top in summer. It's easy to switch back and forth.

I bought the Besttop Replace a top. I love it! It was also very easy to install. The zippers and nice a smooth, and it cleans up nicely. I think I paid $400 shipped.

Oh, and I got the tinted windows, that also made a huge difference

The Sunrider should be nice. Big fold back front area makes it work like a giant sunroof, which will be nice in Texas. Great for moonlit nights. But you can fold the whole thing down for days at the beach, or zip out the back panels and use it as a safari-style sun shade. That top has the most features.

We've got a where-to-buy section on our web site (bestop.com) with a bunch of places you can buy it. Generally speaking, you'll save a few bucks going with mail-order, but I always think it's worth looking at the local places too - they support the local off road communities, and they are usually great guys to know. It might not be a big deal with a soft top, but someday you're going to want advice an help, so a few extra dollars might be well spent.

Thanks for your support!
