Summer Top Question

I recently purchased the skull and crossbones mesh full breeze top for the summer. Anywhoo, the windshield channel just came in the mail yesterday adn from a quick glance, it looks like I have to install this thing to get the mesh top on...my only question is do I have to then unbolt that darn thing everytime I take the summer mesh top off in order to put the regular soft top/hard top back on?

If so, sounds like a pain in the rear....Any thought?

Yep you do, I bought the same items recently HOWEVER

I stopped using the windshield channel, simply replaced it with 3 cable ties, one in the middle of the windshield and one on each end. Whats cool is you can even put the soft top up with it still on that way!
Works great. Im selling my windshield channel
Plus because of the cool design on this mesh top you can roll it up from the back when you dont want the top

That sounds interesing. yeah, my channel is still in the plastic. Is there any way you can take a picture of the example above....I'm what you would refer to as 'mechanically challenged' so I don't 'get it'! Thanks!
