suspension and body lift?

I have a 01 tj with a Pro comp suspension lift and a 3 in body lift. I would like to get rid of the 3in body lift-My question is it going to effect the location of my radiator, transfer case etc? I bought this tj this way. Also it has a Altas transfer case and dana 44 front and rear. I am running 33x10.5 x 15 tires and don't want to run 35 or a 12.5 tire. Thanks -Don

Typically the following items are altered with a 3" body lift:
1. radiator shroud
2. transfer case linkage
3. steering linkage
4. gas tank filler neck

Before removing the body lift, verify that the atlas will fit properly. You may need to clearance the tub or use a 1.25" BL
