suspension difference

I just bought a 2005 TJ, it is lower on the right side compare to the left, also the left rear tire is like 1/2 inch outer the fender than the right rear one. Do I have a problem to be noticed?

Your springs are probably worn thats why its leaning. As far as the wheels sticking out further than the other, its caused by your track bar. Get a adjustable trackbar to fix it.
