Suspension to tire size ratio?

I want to fit the biggest possible tires under my jeep. Preferably without a lift kit. Without sacrificing turn radius. Anyone know those ratios?

with the right backspacing in the wheel and the right bumpstops.. you can fit a 32'' tire

i ran 31s stock since it came from the dealer that way.. ran this setup from 99 till this summer

wow that was a good quick answer, thanks. I've surfed the net for tires and rims, lift kits, front and rear bumpers, grill guards, axles and suspensions, sway bars, shocks, and other accessories. I've been to all the sights i've ever heard of and none of them have very solid information. Where's the best place to shop for this stuff?

depends.. jcwhitney.com, quadratec.com, northridge4x4.com and 4wheeldrive.com are a few good ones.. you can sign up for free product magazines, they'll ship you a new one every new season (their prices sometimes can be high but they usually offer deals with free shipping, and they also seem to take longer to get your items shipped)

also dpgoffroad.com and absoluteoffroadphx.com (these guys are members to the forum here and have very good quality things)

im sure you can find more searching through google.. but these are the ones i check most frequently

check all the sites for their prices, also call around to the local shops (dpg and absolute offroad) and they might hook you up with a better price, especially if you order from them a lot.. some sites will have certain products cheaper than other sites.

oh.. and remember.. once you lift it and wheel it for a lil bit.. you'll want to go bigger.. its a jeep thing

if your not wanting to drop a lot of money into a lift right away.. but still want to run 31s or 32s a bb is the best way to go.. a 2'' bb will be plenty of room for the 32s.. fyi

Thanks again more good info.

I've got a 2000 sahara, nothing on it, but a stereo system I spent a couple grand on. now the rest of it is just a blank canvas for me to work on. thanks for the info.

This might be a little of topic, but kinda related. Check out this link. It let's you play around with lift, and tire size to get an idea what your jeep might look like.

Moa is right. Its never finished. You could always do a 1.25" BL and MML and 32's and it will look good. Then youll want a 4" lift 33's, then a 6 with 35's, then youll want 44's. I think we all say, "Ill keep it stock, for now." It never ends.

I wanna see the 2000 dollar system in a wrangler. I think they have to be the worst acoustical vehicles on the market!! I am not knocking your ride at all, I just wanna see the set up to see how 2 grand could be justified in a Wrangler!!!
