Sway bar?

So when I bought my jeep I noticed it was very tipsy ( more than normal) got looking around and noticed someone took the entire front sway bar off! First off why would some remove that? Where could I find the caps that go onto the sway bar? I found a used one and that's the only thing I can't find!

The complete removal of the front sway bar is beyond me but most unhook the sway bar at the axle for better articulation in off-road situations. The dealership should have the caps or I would think you could get them at just about any local auto parts store.

Already checked 3 different auto shops around me and no one has them. Going to try eBay!

If you don't mind poly bushings almost all of them come with new caps. Sway bar is probably the only place I would ever run poly bushings.

If you off road often, forget the OEM antisway bar and get an Antirock, it doesn't use those caps.
