Sweating Brake Line

Anybody run into this? I have a wet brake line on the front passenger side right before it connects to the fitting for the rubber line. I don't think it's leaking under the spring. I think it's leaking up above the control arm where it clips to the frame with the white plastic clip.

It's NOT a leak. More like it's sweating. Brakes are high pressure, so if there was a porous area wouldn't it just burst? I haven't looked to see if there's a premade line available yet.

Ive owned a lot of old crappy cars and work trucks. I've never seen this on a hard metal line. I've seen high pressure crimped fitting ends rot, but this.
