Teraflex Disk bakes on Dana 44 ---- UGH

I have an axle with Teraflex Disk brakes and wondering what others are using for wheels. They do not fix the canyon rims and barely clear on the grizzly's.

I prefer to stay with 15" as I hear it is difficult to to get 33" tires for the 16's.

Do you mean the wheel studs are now too short for the lug nuts to thread on far enough?

Probably the caliper scraping the inside of the wheel. 15" steelies are usually a bit thinner in that section than 15" aluminium, but it's always going to be a "try it and see" type of fit.

I forgot to say mention I installed Tera's rear disk brake conversion kit (waste of $$$, braking performance-wise) on my previous TJ & I ran 3 different aftermarket 15" wheels on it without problem. American Eagle 054, ProComp 51, and finally American Racing AR-23.
