I didnt get more power or mpg but it did strengthen my midrange a bit where i didnt have to downshift where i once did when going uphill or around a corner...
Correct me if im wrong but all filters will do as they say "filter" but im almost positive k N n is much better for being less restrictive, more airflow.

Somebody please corect me if im wrong but this is what I've always gone by. Change the filter as soon az I get a new car.

O2 sensor, filter helps a little fuel filter won't help but is never a bad idea to change. The o2 sensor has everything to do with fuel consumption if you've got over 80k and haven't changed it yet there's your issue.
