I use whatever Advance Auto has in stock for plugs/wires/etc. Oil I use either Mobil 1 Synthetic or Castrol Synthetic.. again, whatever is one sale at Advance or Auto Zone. One of the other is usually around $30 for the 5 quart container and an oil filter.

I bought the Accel package for 55 bucks on Amazon that includes wires, plugs, cap & rotor. Wires are red but they're 8 or 9mm and it's a decent kit for the money. I was going to piece a set together but my inherent laziness took over and the easy way won out.
