Thinking of adding different decals

Hey everyone i have been searching but unsuccessfully finding info on this, i have a 98 wrangler se 4cyl automatic and i, new to this all which is why im asking before i do something and look stupid, my jeep has some plain jane decals. They are silver and i want to go to black. I will post a picture of the side so you all can see the jeep decal will still be there just in black, i have a 1.25" body lift installed already and am installing my rough county 2.5" suspension lift this weekend for a total near 4" of lift. Now to my question what decal markings can i put on the jeep and where, i want something such as rubicon or something of that nature. That is bad ass but i dont want to look stupid given my model or the fact its a 4cyl what are my options other than the plain jane small wrangler on the side basically i want my jeep to at least pass for whatever it may be to the eye maybe not if you look under the hood or under the body, and it is 4wd going to post the pic in another comment forgot i was on my ipad

I think I seen a bunch of side decals and such on eBay. You could try a local vinyl place that does lettering if you want something custom. Your jeep looks really close to mine. :-D

Well i do custom graphics and designs and cut vinyl, i can make whatever i want but i dont want for instance to throw 3" tall rubicon on the hood and everyone be like he is an idiot thats not a rubicon or something of the sort with any other sticker. I want factory markings of some kind just want my jeep to pass for whatever they may be and speaking of which guys i can do custom decals for whoever and whatever you may want not looking to make a killing with it and will give everyone great prices

Get Rubicon out of your mind please!!! People will rag on you just for having the thought. Want it to be judged on what it is??!! Put SE on the side between wrangler and jeep. I have seen wrangler down the side of the good like the older jeeps always had. Name your rig and put that down the side of the hood. So many options that you don't have to put Rubicon on a non rubi. And yeah I also have a red SE

I wasnt going to do that sarge was just using it as an example but dont want se as thats as low as it gets lol as in im throwing tons of mods at it so it has to be worthy of something a little better, naming it isnt a bad idea hadnt thought of that but dont want it to be plain jane but i like the side hood decals

I've got "wrangler" down both sides of my hood in the same font that is stock on the side. 15 bucks shipped off of eBay. Love them to death, really makes my jeep pop and stand out from stock ones(as I'm mostly stock atm). I also have a set of "TJ" decals in place of my stock wrangler ones on the side, as I thought it was kinda redundant having two sets of wrangler decals. Picked those up for 3.50 shipped. I'd say what others are and name your jeep, and get decals cut for it. That's what I'm gonna do when my jeep is less-stock and I name it.

Anyone familiar with the model would *know* it wasn't a Rubicon right off anyway...would know it is a counterfeit. Try something original. All kinds of descriptors in the off-road lexicon....

Well im not all that familiar with each model and distinguishing them apart, I do know what my jeep is and what was offered but I dont know what it could pass for when built nicely, guess ill have to do a little thinking as to what I should put, guess ill just change my silver decals to black for now till I figure out what I want on my hood

Does it really matter if the thread is under tech or not? I mean the guy wanted some advice and posted it here. I don't see the big deal.

Putting the word WRANGLER on the side of the hood just by using a different font maybe a little bigger then the stock ones will already give your jeep a different look. Naming it is also cool but coming up with a name is challenging lol good luck.
BTW I dont have anything decals on my hood yet but am thinking about it. lol
