Talking This newb needs help

Ok heres the situation:

I have a 06 4.0 6 spd. 2 weeks ago i hydroplaned in a storm on a highway and hit the concrete median. The D/S fender is bent along with the bumper so those need to be replaced. Its also obvious its time for a new set of shoes.

After an insurance claim and a trip to OK4wd in NJ and a few replaced parts (L Control arms, both brackets, ball joints, d/s hub assembly...) i now have the craving to go all out... to a point. My warranty is also up in a month so the timing is remarkable

Im on a budget but i do have wiggle room... so this is what im looking at
1. BDS front bumper thats on clearance for $140
2. 3" bds Suspension lift $700. My brother will help me install it for nothing
3. 33" BFG A/t KO's wrapped around 15x8 steel rims. mounted and balanced is about $1100
4. SmittyBilt xrc front fenders for $400. OK4wd said the installation may cost $500 including custom turn signals.

Now I dont go offroar much so i know the fenders arent really practical but i love the look, i dont think i can be swayed. I also have a few friends who can pass it come inspection time. But the other parts will get me a lot for a fair price (i think so at least). But i would love to hear your opinions. The only thing on it thats not stock is the OME steering stabalizer that i put on to fix my death wobble.

Thanks in advance and try to take it easy on me.
