i believe like 24-36 hours to fully cure but u can put stuff back in within a few hours of spraying.. thats usual time with curing for any liner

I cant help with the install, but I bought my jeep used, the previous owner did the interior with rhino-liner and it is great. It can be slick when wet, but that can be remedied with good heavy rubber floor mats. Otherwise its great, I dont worry about mud, dirt, blood (should the deer hunting need arise) can open up the back and spray it out. Now need to look into waterproofing the seats some how.....

I think lining the inside of the tub is one of the best things you can do for your rig. Especially if you live in a climate that takes you wheeling in a lot of mud or water. However if you are going to do it yourself then prep is the best thing you can do. Ensuring a proper bond with whatever product you use will allow it to adhere properly and provide the longest life for it.

Ive had the raptor for about a year. No issues at all. I love it. My friend did it at his shop, so I dont have any ideas about the install. He says it easy-but hes a body guy.

I Herculined my tub about 2 years ago and it has held up extremely well! I got the kit on sale for about $80. I do agree that the prep work is the most important part.

the tire shop i ALWAYS go to moved to a new location.. i stopped by his new neighbors business when i was waiting on them to fix my valve stem today.. its a rhino-liner/audio place.. those suckers want 700 bucks to do the interior of my jeep.. i just laughed and walked out..

id rather spend the 100 bucks and do it myself EVEN if i do a crappier job.. i really dont care, my jeep isnt my DD and ill NEVER get rid of it because its been paid off for the last 5 years

I Herculined mine when I first bought it. It only took couple hours to prep and then about a day for everything, with drying time. I believe cure time is 36-48hrs, but you would have to check the can/box.

You can usually get at Pepboys, AZ, Advanced or Wally World, for anywhere from $75-$100.
