Throttle Body Swap (High Idle)

I recently bought a 97 2.5 Auto with 132,000 miles on it... It had a broken exhaust manifold in the front when I got it.. I am not sure how long it has been broke and I put around another 500 miles on it until today when I fixed it while adding new gasket... Decided to add the 4.0 Throttle body while working on it.. Basically took everthing that would unbolt from 2.5 housing (3 sensors and the one piece that bolts on that sensor goes into) and bolted it to the 4.0 housing... Cleaned the 4.0 and installed it while making sure everything was tight and all Vac lines were hooked up... Went to start it and idle went to 2000 RPMs and settle in around 1500.. Took for a test drive and could tell a difference as soon as left the driveway.. Much more responsive and accelerated better with no missing or sputtering... Not sure if gain any MPGs, but feel it is a Mod worth doing...

I am just concerned about the high idle.. Does anyone know if the ECM will reprogam itself or did I not do something correctly..
Any help on how I can lower the idle, would be greatly appreciated...

I guess this has been covered to many times for anyone to respond... Good news is I found what the problem was, my 4.0 throttle body gasket was shot.. It was the old one, but looked like would still work.. Replaced it and immediatly RPMs went down to 750-800.. With exhaust leaked fix and new throttle body, it idle smooth with much more throttle responce..

This is a cheap and worth while Mod, just make sure you swap all 3 sensors and the IAC Housing..,
