Throttle Position Sensors

Hey Everyone, I just have a question about the TPS. Is it the same part for a 2002 Jeep wrangler 4cyl and 6cyl? My local auto parts store cant find pne for a 4cyl. Any input? Thanks

the problem for tj owners is that autozone and similar stores have the same info in their computer that is contained in the crappy chilton/haynes manuals they sell. if you are the owner of a tj and one of the aforementioned manuals, then you know most of the information pertaining to a 2.5 engine is wrong.
when recently sold the wrong serpentine belt and it still didnt fit after removing the tensioner, i called the store and was argued with that the computer says no tensioner is required on my 97 2.5
anyhow, yes, either a dealer or napa. i have come to realize that though napa is more pricey than autozone or advance, they have better parts and sell me the correct ones, plus tend to have parts in stock the others dont even carry.
if you find out whether or not the tps is the same from 4.0 to 2.5, let us know
