Ticking from the Turn Signals 2000 TJ

Alright so now when I use my blinkers when they go off I still have the Ticking noise that every car makes when the signals are engaged, but its a little quicker like a bulb is out, but all the signals work fine. The ticking will stop after a few seconds, and sometimes starts up even if the signals havent been used. Has this happened to anyone else here on their TJ?

mines a 99 but im sure its the same, kind of a PITA to get to honestly, easy to see and reach but hard to get out lol, stick your head under the dash and look left, its about 3-5" up, i ended up pulling mine off of where it is mounted (bit angry at it lol) and just ziptieing it back in place, made it MUCH easier the second time i got it wet (second time i pulled the new one apart and RTV'd it back together so it wont get wet again)
