Time for some paint

Ok, so I've gotten tired of looking at my glossy black front bumper. Any advice on rattle can paint? Do they have bed liner in a can or do I have to find a flat black? It's just clean well, sand down well and paint right?

Yeah bumper is metal. Hammered black? Is that like a matte finish?

Shiny with little dimples all over. Looks really cool, covers mistakes, and holds up well.

What about the Rustoleum bed liner? Does it give a rougher finish?

When I did my tub with herculiner I had a bit left over so I did my gas tank skid, front and rear bumpers and a 4" rocker stripe down side of jeep. Holds up great, easy to clean and looks good.
Also did steps on ladder but put it away when I started looking at the lawn mower
