Going with 17" wheels & 255's (32"), you'll lose some sidewall height. Not a good thing if off-roadin' with aired down tires.
But they should fit without rubbing, since ya have the 2" lift.
Just be sure to have something like 4.5" or less backspacing (I'm not sure how offset compares to backspacing, if at all)
Also, going with 255's, you may want to consider upgrading the D35 if ya do off-road much.
