Tire and rim questions?

I have 33x12.5x15 and a four inch lift. I am wondering the right amount of back spacing I need? 3.75"? And second question is how low can air down on a stock rim and how low can I air down on a aftermarket steel wheel? or does it make a difference. Im thinkin 7-8 psi is that too low?

3.75-4.5" bs for 33's and you can air down to 10-12 psi on both.
