so I went out wheeling yesterday with a new group of people. guys far more experienced than me, with far better equipped rigs. we aired down I was running 9 psi in all 4 of my tires, were trying to get up this hill when one of mine falls off the bead. we tried to reset it, and got it back on the bead again, but it was leaking around the bead. we ended up putting my scrappy spare on (which I'd never used and didn't realize was 1" smaller diameter) and got out. I would it be possible to put a can of fix a flat in that tire then air it up and it actually hold air? I'm getting new tires in the spring I just cant afford them now, and don't want to run off size tires that long.
just go into any tire shop and tell them your tire is leaking from the bead. ask them to clean the bead, remount it and road force balance it. i know discount tire will do it for free if you bought the tires there...
If you can find a store that sells your current brand of tire, go there. Often times they don't bother to look you up in the computer to see if you actually bought them there or not. Most tire shops offer free rotate & balance when you buy their tires. So, you might get it done for free.
A bit shady? maybe. I figure if they're too lazy to look it up, then that's their fault.
But some times they'll do it for free in an attempt to "win" your business when it's time to buy new tires.
I got a free rotate & balance at my regular tire shop, and they know I didn't buy the tires there- they came with the pickup.
They also know how much I hate their local competition.

oh one concern, its 6 miles from my house to the tire shop, the only spare that we had in the group that'd fit the hub was a 33. ive got a 33 on one side and a 32 on the other, its on the rear as I only have 2.5" lift and cant clear a 33 with steering, I was nervous driving it home like that, how nervous should I be for my d35 if I keep it under 35, and start off slow and easy?
yeah... probably dirt/debris in the bead seat and/or tire bead. Shouldn't be more than $20 to have it cleaned up and reset.
9 PSI is a bit low... depending on what rim/tire combo you are running. I run 12PSI on 15x8's and 33x12.50's and flex the sidewalls pretty good and never busted one yet.

well got my tires, 31x10.5 they're courier mastercraft ct's. I got s screaming deal on them from our local tire guy. ive already noticed improved acceleration, better grip on ice, and much better stopping power. if I were asked about bfg mt's as DD tires, I'd say they werent good at all. noisy stiff and quite impossible on ice.
